Creamy Sun-Dried Tomato and Ricotta Dip

1 (15-ounce) container fat-free ricotta cheese
1/3 cup sun-dried tomatoes (not packed in oil), chopped
¼ cup reduced-fat mayonnaise
2 scallions, chopped
2 tablespoons finely grated Parmesan cheese
1 garlic clove, minced
Small pinch of cayenne
¼ cup lightly packed fresh basil leaves, thinly sliced
Combine all ingredients, excluding the basil, in a food processor and process it until it reaches a smooth consistency. Transfer it to a serving bowl and stir all of it but 1 tablespoon of basil. Sprinkle with remaining basil for garnish.
