In this class, you will learn through experiential exercises and practical techniques how to listen to your body and understand what it is trying to say.

Treats and Triggers is an interactive class designed to teach you Body Talk Techniques. By learning how to take care of your energetic needs, you can make this holiday season more enjoyable and rejuvenating.
