An Enchanted Winter Sound Bath

As winter settles in and the nights grow longer, join us for a magical evening of connection, reflection, and renewal. This gathering celebrates the beauty of the season while opening the doorway to angelic guidance and the wisdom of your spirit guides.

We’ll begin with a guided meditation, calling in the presence of your Angels and Spirit Guides to surround and support you. In this sacred space, you’ll be guided to open your heart, release any burdens, and receive messages of love, encouragement, and clarity for your path.

Each participant will also have the option to pull an oracle card, offering gentle insight and playful wisdom to complement the deeper guidance of your meditation experience.

From there, you’ll be immersed in a 432 Hz Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowl Sound Bath, enhanced by soft cosmic lighting. The shimmering tones ripple through body and soul like starlight, clearing away heaviness, balancing your energy, and awakening a sense of inner magic.

This evening is a celebration, a reminder that magic is real, angels are near, and your spirit guides walk beside you.

Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, or anything that makes you cozy. Journals are encouraged to capture messages and insights from your meditation and oracle card. Extra mats, chairs, and blankets will also be available.

Instructor: Crissy Hester’s immense training in a wide range of healing modalities, along with her warm sense of humor, extensive life experience, and sincere passion to serve and empower others creates a truly one-of-a-kind healing experience. She offers a powerful yet gentle approach to spiritual awakening, healing, and manifesting by drawing on her intuition and vast understanding of ancient mystical traditions, holistic health, energy work, and universal laws.

As an ordained minister, Crissy has practiced for over a decade as a mindfulness meditation instructor, life coach, metaphysical teacher, and energy healer. Crissy is a Traditional Usui Reiki Master, with a variety of other certifications, including life coaching and sound healing. She delights in making the connections between science and spirituality and incorporates them in her practice. She is a powerful intuitive and has a deep understanding as it relates to chakras and auras, cutting cords, past life regression.

Crissy has served as a practitioner at The Open Mind Center since 2015 and in the Atlanta area since 2012. She also brings over 10 years of prior experience from her roles in coaching, supervising teams, and developing training programs in the corporate world.
