Sacred geometry is the language of the universe, a visual expression of the patterns that form all of life. In this intimate, hands-on workshop, you’ll be guided into the wisdom of the two most powerful symbols of creation: the Seed of Life and the Flower of Life.

Together, we’ll explore:
• The spiritual and energetic meaning of sacred geometry
• The Seed of Life as the blueprint of creation, beginnings, and potential
• The Flower of Life as expansion, unity, and interconnectedness
• How these symbols have been used across ancient cultures for healing, protection, and manifestation

This class is both educational and experiential. You’ll be gently guided through a meditative, creative process to draw and activate your own Seed or Flower of Life. You will infuse this process with intention, awareness, and personal meaning.

No artistic experience is needed. This is about presence not perfection.

Throughout the evening, subtle sound, grounding practices, and intuitive guidance will support creativity, focus, and energetic alignment. You’ll leave with a deeper understanding of sacred geometry, a personally activated piece of art, and a sense of connection to the greater patterns of life.

All materials needed for this experience are thoughtfully provided. Simply bring your curiosity and an open heart.

Instructor: Crissy Hester’s immense training in a wide range of healing modalities, along with her warm sense of humor, extensive life experience, and sincere passion to serve and empower others creates a truly one-of-a-kind healing experience. She offers a powerful yet gentle approach to spiritual awakening, healing, and manifesting by drawing on her intuition and vast understanding of ancient mystical traditions, holistic health, energy work, and universal laws.

As an ordained minister, Crissy has practiced for over a decade as a mindfulness meditation instructor, life coach, metaphysical teacher, and energy healer. Crissy is a Traditional Usui Reiki Master, with a variety of other certifications, including life coaching and sound healing. She delights in making the connections between science and spirituality and incorporates them in her practice. She is a powerful intuitive and has a deep understanding as it relates to chakras and auras, cutting cords, past life regression.

Crissy has served as a practitioner at The Open Mind Center since 2015 and in the Atlanta area since 2012. She also brings over 10 years of prior experience from her roles in coaching, supervising teams, and developing training programs in the corporate world.
