Make Space for New Beginnings – In Person

New Year’s resolutions date back hundreds of years. They are one of the best, singular moments that we have to identify our choices that don’t align with our true purpose. This class is your opportunity to participate in a grounded, shamanic ceremony to identify the changes you want for next year. This is a great way to let go of 2024 and manifest your hopes and dreams in 2025.

During the event, we will call upon spirit guides to support your growth and expansion. Then, you will be guided through a shamanic meditation to help identify the main obstacles that prevent you from moving forward in life. Finally, you will release these barriers, using the emotional and physical cleansing power of water.

Instructor: Lisa celebrates the divine light that exists in everything by honoring natural rhythms and earth medicines. She is a PhD, an ordained pagan minister and shamanic practitioner with over 20 years of experience conducting seasonal rituals, facilitating group classes, and offering individual healing sessions. She has studied with notable teachers from the Eagle Condor Council, Pachakuti Mesa Tradition, Harner Foundation for Shamanic Studies, and her own spirit guides.

Lisa is an empath and intuitive who believes that all life experiences are opportunities for growth and learning. She works with clients to help them move from a place of fear and stagnation to a place of love, gratitude, respect, and awareness. Lisa has been described as a natural healer with a keen sense of energetic imbalances that cause distress and discomfort. Her ultimate goal is to clear those imbalances to expand and awaken compassionate inner wisdom.
