Join us as we bid farewell to 2024 with a heartwarming cacao ceremony and sound bath, welcoming the changing seasons and igniting the spirit of reflection, gratitude, and renewal. This year-end celebration invites you to turn inward, find solace, and connect with kindred spirits.
Cacao, and its heart-healing properties, will be our guide. It magnifies the energetic resonance of our hearts, weaving us together. So, whether you’re familiar with cacao ceremonies or it’s your first encounter, you are invited to explore, connect, open your heart, and awaken your senses.
Our ceremonial-grade, warm and comforting, cacao will be prepared in advance. You can bring your own vessel or choose to use the eco-friendly paper cups provided. These ceremonies are steeped in centuries-old traditions and are considered to be the ultimate heart-opener. In addition to their rich array of vitamins and minerals, cacao has the ability to heighten your awareness and focus, while nurturing the body’s healing, detoxification, and immune-boosting capabilities.
During our gathering, you’ll receive guidance to set intentions for your personal healing journey. Angel cards will offer insight and foster connections, and a mini reading will be provided by a seasoned psychic to offer deeper insight and clarity for each participant.
Following this, feel free to relax, recline, or even dance to the soothing sounds of the 432hz Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls. These harmonious vibrations will envelop you, removing tension, stress, and negativity.

Should you require them, we have an assortment of chairs, blankets, and yoga mats you can use. Instructor: Crissy Hester’s immense training in a wide range of healing modalities, along with her warm sense of humor, extensive life experience, and sincere passion to serve and empower others creates a truly one-of-a-kind healing experience. She offers a powerful yet gentle approach to spiritual awakening, healing, and manifesting by drawing on her intuition and vast understanding of ancient mystical traditions, holistic health, energy work, and universal laws.
As an ordained minister, Crissy has practiced for over a decade as a mindfulness meditation instructor, life coach, metaphysical teacher, and energy healer. Crissy is a Traditional Usui Reiki Master, with a variety of other certifications, including life coaching and sound healing. She delights in making the connections between science and spirituality and incorporates them in her practice. She is a powerful intuitive and has a deep understanding as it relates to chakras and auras, cutting cords, past life regression.
Crissy has served as a practitioner at The Open Mind Center since 2015 and in the Atlanta area since 2012. She also brings over 10 years of prior experience from her roles in coaching, supervising teams, and developing training programs in the corporate world.
