When Ilona started questioning her life she began probing into the deep layers of her soul on a quest to find meaning. It was then that yoga opened its door to her and she began a self-study. From the beginning of her journey, she was immediately intrigued and quickly realized that it would not be a passing interest, but something infinitely more profound Ilona found that yoga does not reveal itself all at once, but is to be discovered as you live it, one day at a time.
Yoga quickly became a way of life and she realized that she could not contain it and was meant to share it. For Ilona, the practice is similar to a bottomless container: the more you share, the more you have. And so she chooses to share!
