Relax your mind & soothe your body as you prepare for the holiday season. Join us for a detoxing shamanic meditation and drumming. We will clear our minds and detox our bodies with gentle somatic movements. This is your chance to shift from a worrier to a warrior as your body and intuitive system receive a much-needed opportunity to breathe, cleanse and release thoughts that no longer serve you.
This class is offered on Wednesday, November 12th from 6:15-7:30pm (EST)
Instructor: Andrea Rosenthal, M.S. Counseling is a seasoned counselor, coach, meditation guide and intuitive healer, with over 20 years of experience offering corporate coaching/training, mindfulness facilitations and 1-on-1 personal transformation counseling.
Andrea helps people at major crossroads make meaningful transitions in their lives and reconnect with their true self so that they can move forward with clarity, freedom and confidence. Her warmth, compassion and naturally intuitive gifts will help others restore balance, reconnect to truth and reclaim their joy, peace and power.
