Relationships 101 – Back to the Basics – Class POSTPONED – Date TBD

For everyone that wished there was a class in high school about relationships, this is the workshop for you. Let’s get back to basics!

Whether dealing with colleagues, friends, family, or your romantic partner, in this class, you will learn about the ingredients for creating, maintaining, and improving strong relationships.

You will learn about how to show up and do the little things for your most important relationships. You will learn about how those actions not only foster happiness, but also make both people feel secure and valued. You will understand how to be self-accountable and remove toxic conflict.

Instructor: Kelly Walden is an accomplished Breathwork Coach and Trainer. With over 30 years of experience, her skills include motivational speaking, relationship training, life and executive coaching, and program directing. She performs many of her services in groups and one-on-one, making her skills versatile for individual services and group events.

Kelly considers the opportunity to work with others a blessing and wants to continue her work in helping and educating people to be empowered in their own lives.
