Reflect, Release & Renew: A Guided Journaling & Tea Experience

September 8 @ 6:00 pm - 7:30 pm

$30

Join us for a heart-centered journaling experience designed to help you slow down, reconnect with yourself, and create space for meaningful reflection.

Each workshop centers around a unique theme and begins with a guided meditation to calm the nervous system, quiet the mind, and encourage deeper self-awareness. From there, participants will work through journaling prompts, reflection exercises, and opportunities for creative self-expression.

Enjoy a cup of tea as we gather in a supportive and welcoming space to reflect on where we are, release what is no longer serving us, and renew our intentions moving forward. Together, we’ll explore the power of the written word as a tool for self-discovery, healing, and manifestation. Writing can help us gain clarity, set intentions, process emotions, and remember the power we hold when we consciously write our desires into existence.

Participants are welcome to bring their favorite journal, pen, and mug to personalize the experience. Extra pens and cups will also be available.

Whether you’re brand new to journaling or have kept journals for years, this experience is designed to help you cultivate clarity, creativity, self-trust, and connection, without the pressure of writing perfectly.

This event is offered on Tuesday, September 8th from 6:00-7:30pm (EST)
