Where, Why & What To Do With Emotions Stuck In Your Body

If you feel like emotions are stuck in your body, this class will teach you methods to understand why, how, and where they are?

Psychosomatic Body Mapping Level 1 explores how emotions manifest in the body, creating chronic tension patterns. You’ll learn to map your physical and emotional experiences, gaining insight into self-regulation, self-advocacy, and body awareness.

Through guided exercises you’ll cultivate curiosity, compassion toward your body, fostering clarity and relief.

This Workshop Includes:
• Psychosomatic exploration of body systems
• Fascial trains, dermatome lines
• Elements of Polyvagal theory, EMDR, and IFS
• Somatic exercises, guided meditation, and journaling
• A supportive community for shared healing
• Full body movements/dance and creative drawing

Reconnect with your body, understand its signals, and move forward with greater self-awareness.

This 2-day event is offered on Saturday, July 18th from 11:30am-3:30pm and Sunday, July 19th from 12:30-4:30pm (EST)
