New Year Energy Clearing

Start the new year feeling lighter, clearer, and more connected to yourself!
Energy clearing is the ultimate act of self-care. It’s a chance to release what you’ve been carrying, reconnect with your inner balance, and create space for the energy you want to welcome into the year ahead.
In this guided session, you’ll learn simple yet powerful techniques to ground your energy in the present moment, release energy that no longer serves you, and call back your own energy.
As we step into 2027, give yourself permission to let go of the old, reclaim your energy, and begin again with greater clarity, intention, and vitality. These practices can be used in your own daily life and shared with others as part of their personal wellness journey.
Join us for an empowering hour of energetic renewal and discover how good it feels to come back to yourself!
This event is offered on Thursday, January 28th from 6:00-7:00pm (EST)
