New Moon in Pisces Gathering

Join us for an intention-setting tea ceremony, meditation, and soothing sound bath under the mystical energy of the New Moon in Pisces. This lunar phase invites us to dream deeply, awaken intuition, and plant seeds for emotional healing and spiritual growth. Pisces, a compassionate water sign, encourages us to flow with our inner wisdom and embrace new beginnings with creativity and grace.

We’ll begin with a tea ceremony, connecting with the essence of the water sign Pisces. You will have a variety of herbal teas to choose from (or water if you prefer). As you sip tea, you’ll set intentions and reflect on your dreams, allowing the tea to symbolize the emotional depth, intuition, and healing energy of water. A guided meditation will lead you into the depths of your imagination, followed by a 432 Hz crystal bowl sound bath to relax your body, align your spirit, and inspire new visions.

Along with an open heart, feel free to bring a journal, a yoga mat, pillows, blankets, and anything else to make yourself comfortable for the sound bath.

Instructor: Crissy Hester’s immense training in a wide range of healing modalities, along with her warm sense of humor, extensive life experience, and sincere passion to serve and empower others creates a truly one-of-a-kind healing experience. She offers a powerful yet gentle approach to spiritual awakening, healing, and manifesting by drawing on her intuition and vast understanding of ancient mystical traditions, holistic health, energy work, and universal laws.

As an ordained minister, Crissy has practiced for over a decade as a mindfulness meditation instructor, life coach, metaphysical teacher, and energy healer. Crissy is a Traditional Usui Reiki Master, with a variety of other certifications, including life coaching and sound healing. She delights in making the connections between science and spirituality and incorporates them in her practice. She is a powerful intuitive and has a deep understanding as it relates to chakras and auras, cutting cords, past life regression.

Crissy has served as a practitioner at The Open Mind Center since 2015 and in the Atlanta area since 2012. She also brings over 10 years of prior experience from her roles in coaching, supervising teams, and developing training programs in the corporate world.
