Step into the bold, energizing energy of the New Moon in Aries, a time to plant the seeds of new beginnings, ignite your inner fire, and step confidently into your personal power. This intimate gathering offers a grounded space to reflect, set intentions, and energetically activate the qualities you wish to embody in this lunar cycle.

The evening will include:
• Guided meditation to connect with the fiery, empowering energy of Aries
• Journaling & intention-setting exercises to anchor new beginnings
• Energy activation practices to embody courage, motivation, and personal power
• Light sound support with subtle crystal bowls and chimes to ground and enhance your experience
• Oracle card draw for insight and guidance aligned with the New Moon

This session is accessible for all levels and is ideal for anyone ready to embrace their own initiative, clarity, and forward momentum.

What to bring:
A journal or notebook for reflection, plus a yoga mat, pillow, or blanket for comfort if you like. Chairs, mats, and blankets will also be provided.

Instructor: Crissy Hester’s immense training in a wide range of healing modalities, along with her warm sense of humor, extensive life experience, and sincere passion to serve and empower others creates a truly one-of-a-kind healing experience. She offers a powerful yet gentle approach to spiritual awakening, healing, and manifesting by drawing on her intuition and vast understanding of ancient mystical traditions, holistic health, energy work, and universal laws.

As an ordained minister, Crissy has practiced for over a decade as a mindfulness meditation instructor, life coach, metaphysical teacher, and energy healer. Crissy is a Traditional Usui Reiki Master, with a variety of other certifications, including life coaching and sound healing. She delights in making the connections between science and spirituality and incorporates them in her practice. She is a powerful intuitive and has a deep understanding as it relates to chakras and auras, cutting cords, past life regression.

Crissy has served as a practitioner at The Open Mind Center since 2015 and in the Atlanta area since 2012. She also brings over 10 years of prior experience from her roles in coaching, supervising teams, and developing training programs in the corporate world.
