Group Breathe – In Person

Imagine letting go of your stress as you breathe. Join us for Group Breath, a breathwork experience!

Whether you are looking for heightened spiritual awareness, better health, mental clarity, or emotional release, breathwork can be a life affirming practice. Through conscious, connected breathing, you will be able to release old emotions, stress, and limiting beliefs gently. You may also experience better sleep, improved attention, and an increase in self-esteem.

Whether you are new to Breathwork or a seasoned veteran, all are welcome.

Breathwork is safe, yet powerful. If you are under doctor or therapist care, please make sure they approve of you having a breathwork experience before you come. Participants must not be experiencing an illness during the time of the event.

To ensure your comfort, we recommend bringing a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, or anything else that helps you feel at ease. However, rest assured, we have chairs, blankets, and yoga mats available for your convenience.

Instructor: Kelly Walden is an accomplished Breathwork Coach and Trainer. With over 30 years of experience, her skills include motivational speaking, relationship training, life and executive coaching, and program directing. She performs many of her services in groups and one-on-one, making her skills versatile for individual services and group events.

Kelly considers the opportunity to work with others a blessing and wants to continue her work in helping and educating people to be empowered in their own lives.
