As the year comes to a close, we are invited to pause and honor the journey we have traveled; the lessons, the growth, the challenges, and the blessings.

Join Crissy and Jason for a heart-opening end-of-year cacao ceremony and sound healing experience featuring ceremonial cacao, guided meditation, intention setting, and 432 Hz crystal singing bowls. We will begin with a sacred cacao ceremony designed to support reflection, gratitude, and connection with the heart. Together, we will create space to lovingly release energy that no longer needs to be carried into the new year. Through meditation and intention setting, you’ll be invited to reflect on what you are ready to let go of and what you wish to welcome into your next chapter.

Following the cacao ceremony, immerse yourself in a restorative sound bath with crystal singing bowls and healing instruments led by Crissy and Jason.

Please bring anything that helps you feel comfortable and supported during your experience, such as a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, journal, or water bottle. We also have yoga mats, blankets, and folding chairs available if needed. No experience is necessary, come ready to release the old, receive healing, and welcome the new.

This beautiful winter gathering is a time to celebrate how far you have come, honor where you are now, and step forward with an open heart.

Instructor: Crissy Hester’s immense training in a wide range of healing modalities, along with her warm sense of humor, extensive life experience, and sincere passion to serve and empower others creates a truly one-of-a-kind healing experience. She offers a powerful yet gentle approach to spiritual awakening, healing, and manifesting by drawing on her intuition and vast understanding of ancient mystical traditions, holistic health, energy work, and universal laws.

As an ordained minister, Crissy has practiced for over a decade as a mindfulness meditation instructor, life coach, metaphysical teacher, and energy healer. Crissy is a Traditional Usui Reiki Master, with a variety of other certifications, including life coaching and sound healing. She delights in making the connections between science and spirituality and incorporates them in her practice. She is a powerful intuitive and has a deep understanding as it relates to chakras and auras, cutting cords, past life regression.

Crissy has served as a practitioner at The Open Mind Center since 2015 and in the Atlanta area since 2012. She also brings over 10 years of prior experience from her roles in coaching, supervising teams, and developing training programs in the corporate world.
