Chakra Balancing Certification Workshop

Awaken to the vibrant flow of your inner energy and restore harmony within. The chakras are powerful gateways of light that influence your physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. In this hands-on certification class, you’ll learn to understand, balance, and activate these seven sacred energy centers, whether you’re brand new to chakra work or deepening an existing practice.

Through guided instruction, meditation, and intuitive exploration, you’ll discover how to:
• Identify and understand the seven major chakras and their energetic purpose
• Clear blockages using affirmations, crystals, sound, color, and breath
• Work with energy healing techniques to balance your own chakras and assist others
• Use nutrition and lifestyle support to maintain energetic alignment
• Sense and interpret subtle energy patterns with confidence and trust your intuition

The class concludes with a deeply restorative sound bath, featuring crystal singing bowls tuned to each chakra’s frequency, allowing you to integrate the energy work and leave feeling centered, peaceful, and renewed.

You’ll receive a Certificate of Completion recognizing your knowledge and skills in chakra healing, along with a helpful handout for continued practice at home.

Please bring a yoga mat, pillow, and anything that helps you feel comfortable during the sound bath.

Instructor: Crissy Hester’s immense training in a wide range of healing modalities, along with her warm sense of humor, extensive life experience, and sincere passion to serve and empower others creates a truly one-of-a-kind healing experience. She offers a powerful yet gentle approach to spiritual awakening, healing, and manifesting by drawing on her intuition and vast understanding of ancient mystical traditions, holistic health, energy work, and universal laws.

As an ordained minister, Crissy has practiced for over a decade as a mindfulness meditation instructor, life coach, metaphysical teacher, and energy healer. Crissy is a Traditional Usui Reiki Master, with a variety of other certifications, including life coaching and sound healing. She delights in making the connections between science and spirituality and incorporates them in her practice. She is a powerful intuitive and has a deep understanding as it relates to chakras and auras, cutting cords, past life regression.

Crissy has served as a practitioner at The Open Mind Center since 2015 and in the Atlanta area since 2012. She also brings over 10 years of prior experience from her roles in coaching, supervising teams, and developing training programs in the corporate world.
