In this event, the essence of October and the magic of fall will guide you into a state of inner peace and tranquility. Immerse yourself in the soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls while experiencing the heart-opening effects of ceremonial-grade cacao.

Cacao ceremonies, steeped in centuries-old traditions, are renowned for their ability to open the heart. Rich in vitamins and minerals, cacao boosts blood flow to the brain, enhancing awareness and focus. It supports the body’s natural healing processes, detoxification, and immune system function.

As the evening begins, you will be guided to set a personal intention for your healing journey. Each participant will receive an angel card reading from our experienced practitioner and psychic reader, providing insight and connection as we serve and savor the pure organic ceremonial-grade cacao.

Following this, you are invited to sit, lay down, or even dance, allowing the resonant sounds of the 432Hz Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls to envelop you. These healing frequencies help release tension, stress, and negativity, while cacao deepens your heart connection and amplifies feelings of joy and unity.

To ensure your comfort, we recommend bringing a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, and any other items that help you feel cozy. Chairs, blankets, and yoga mats will also be available for your use.

Instructor: Crissy Hester’s immense training in a wide range of healing modalities, along with her warm sense of humor, extensive life experience, and sincere passion to serve and empower others creates a truly one-of-a-kind healing experience. She offers a powerful yet gentle approach to spiritual awakening, healing, and manifesting by drawing on her intuition and vast understanding of ancient mystical traditions, holistic health, energy work, and universal laws.

As an ordained minister, Crissy has practiced for over a decade as a mindfulness meditation instructor, life coach, metaphysical teacher, and energy healer. Crissy is a Traditional Usui Reiki Master, with a variety of other certifications, including life coaching and sound healing. She delights in making the connections between science and spirituality and incorporates them in her practice. She is a powerful intuitive and has a deep understanding as it relates to chakras and auras, cutting cords, past life regression.

Crissy has served as a practitioner at The Open Mind Center since 2015 and in the Atlanta area since 2012. She also brings over 10 years of prior experience from her roles in coaching, supervising teams, and developing training programs in the corporate world.
