Join Crissy and Jason for a magical evening of meditation and sound healing as we journey through a powerful energetic reset.

Through the healing vibrations of 432 Hz crystal singing bowls and intuitive sound, you’ll be guided into deep relaxation while creating space for clarity, inspiration, and inner alignment. This immersive sound bath experience invites you to release old energy, reconnect with your highest intentions, and tune into the wisdom of your own soul.

Please bring anything that helps you feel comfortable and supported during your experience, such as a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, journal, or water bottle. We also have yoga mats, blankets, and folding chairs available if needed.

No experience is necessary, simply come ready to receive.

Instructor: Crissy Hester’s immense training in a wide range of healing modalities, along with her warm sense of humor, extensive life experience, and sincere passion to serve and empower others creates a truly one-of-a-kind healing experience. She offers a powerful yet gentle approach to spiritual awakening, healing, and manifesting by drawing on her intuition and vast understanding of ancient mystical traditions, holistic health, energy work, and universal laws.

As an ordained minister, Crissy has practiced for over a decade as a mindfulness meditation instructor, life coach, metaphysical teacher, and energy healer. Crissy is a Traditional Usui Reiki Master, with a variety of other certifications, including life coaching and sound healing. She delights in making the connections between science and spirituality and incorporates them in her practice. She is a powerful intuitive and has a deep understanding as it relates to chakras and auras, cutting cords, past life regression.

Crissy has served as a practitioner at The Open Mind Center since 2015 and in the Atlanta area since 2012. She also brings over 10 years of prior experience from her roles in coaching, supervising teams, and developing training programs in the corporate world.
