We will begin with a sacred cacao ritual featuring organic ceremonial cacao infused with a touch of organic pumpkin spice, honoring the warmth and gratitude of the season. This grounding blend invites you to slow down, connect with your heart, and create space for reflection and renewal.

Libra energy encourages us to seek more balance in places where we may be giving too much, where we are ready to receive, and for the intentions we desire to cultivate moving forward.

Following the cacao ceremony, relax into a deeply restorative sound bath experience designed to calm the nervous system, release energetic tension, and support inner peace through the healing vibrations of crystal singing bowls and sacred instruments.

Please bring anything that helps you feel comfortable and supported during your experience, such as a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, journal, or water bottle. We also have yoga mats, blankets, and folding chairs available if needed.
