Explore the symbolism, folklore, and spiritual teachings associated with the elemental realm. Through the elements of Earth, Water, Fire, and Air, participants will discover different ways to connect with nature, deepen self-awareness, and explore their intuition.

We’ll journey into mystical folklore surrounding fairies, mermaids, and other elemental beings while learning about the cultural stories and traditions connected to these figures. This class includes a lesson, a group reflection, and a nature-connected activity. Participants will be invited to explore what these teachings mean to them and how they can incorporate their insights into everyday life.

This workshop is an invitation to embrace curiosity, reconnect with the natural world, and explore the magic of the seen and unseen through a grounded, personal spiritual practice.
