Learning the Language of Your Intuition

Life is constantly asking us to make important decisions. But many of us have lost touch with our own intuitive wisdom. Instead, we rely on overthinking, fear, or outside opinions, leaving us feeling disconnected from our true selves.

Awaken Your Inner Knowing – Part 1 is an interactive workshop designed to help you reconnect with your intuition and begin understanding how and where it uniquely communicates with you.

In this foundational workshop, you will learn how to:
• Clearly recognize your body’s intuitive signals and inner cues
• Discover your own unique “language” of intuition
• Differentiate between intuitive guidance, fear, and the thinking mind
• Build greater trust in your inner knowing through guided practice
• Develop simple daily practices that strengthen your intuitive connection
• Learn through Somatic techniques to gain quicker access to your inner guide

Through guided meditation, reflection, intuitive journaling, partner sharing, and experiential exercises, you’ll gain firsthand experience of what authentic intuition feels like in your own body.

This workshop is designed to give you practical tools and plenty of opportunities to practice in a supportive environment, so you leave feeling more connected, confident, and aware of the wisdom you already possess.

Whether you’re just beginning your intuitive journey or looking to strengthen an existing practice, Part 1 provides the foundation and unique somatic practice techniques for developing a lifelong relationship with your inner guidance.

This is Part 1 of a two-part intuitive development series. Participants are encouraged, but not required, to continue with Part 2 to expand and deepen their practice as well as psychic abilities. For additional practice, you may also want to join the Insight to Action – Intuitive Development Group where you will practice applying your skills to everyday life with a supportive and like-minded group of people.
