Coming right after Thanksgiving, this sound healing experience offers a beautiful opportunity to pause, breathe, and reconnect after the busyness of the holiday season. This autumn moon gathering is an invitation to slow down, listen deeply, and receive the messages your soul is ready to hear.

Gemini energy invites us to explore communication, thoughts, ideas, and the stories we tell ourselves. This lunar energy encourages us to release mental clutter and create space for truth, creativity, and new perspectives.

Join Crissy and Jason for an immersive sound bath experience featuring 432 Hz crystal singing bowls and healing instruments designed to calm the nervous system, relax the body, and restore energetic balance. Allow yourself to be carried by the vibrations of sound as you release stress, quiet the mind, and reconnect with the wisdom within.

Please bring anything that helps you feel cozy and supported during your sound bath, such as a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, journal, or water bottle. We also have yoga mats, blankets, and folding chairs available if needed. No experience is necessary, simply come as you are and allow yourself to receive.

Instructor: Crissy Hester’s immense training in a wide range of healing modalities, along with her warm sense of humor, extensive life experience, and sincere passion to serve and empower others creates a truly one-of-a-kind healing experience. She offers a powerful yet gentle approach to spiritual awakening, healing, and manifesting by drawing on her intuition and vast understanding of ancient mystical traditions, holistic health, energy work, and universal laws.

As an ordained minister, Crissy has practiced for over a decade as a mindfulness meditation instructor, life coach, metaphysical teacher, and energy healer. Crissy is a Traditional Usui Reiki Master, with a variety of other certifications, including life coaching and sound healing. She delights in making the connections between science and spirituality and incorporates them in her practice. She is a powerful intuitive and has a deep understanding as it relates to chakras and auras, cutting cords, past life regression.

Crissy has served as a practitioner at The Open Mind Center since 2015 and in the Atlanta area since 2012. She also brings over 10 years of prior experience from her roles in coaching, supervising teams, and developing training programs in the corporate world.
