Join us for Awaken Your Inner Knowing, a soul-nourishing workshop designed to help you discover and tap into the wisdom already within you!
Beneath the busyness of daily life, you already hold a well of wisdom waiting to be heard. In this interactive workshop, you will learn simple but powerful practices to calm your mind, tune into your intuitive voice, and trust the guidance that arises.
Through guided meditation, reflection, pair sharing, intuitive journaling and experiential tools you will begin to recognize the subtle signals of inner knowing and leave with greater clarity, confidence, connection.

Instructor: Andrea Rosenthal, M.S. Counseling is a seasoned counselor, coach, meditation guide and intuitive healer, with over 20 years of experience offering corporate coaching/training, mindfulness facilitations and 1-on-1 personal transformation counseling.
Andrea helps people at major crossroads make meaningful transitions in their lives and reconnect with their true self so that they can move forward with clarity, freedom and confidence.
