As September signals a season of change you are invited to pause, reflect, and realign.
Life is always busy. And to keep up with it, you have to juggle tons of information. But all that information becomes noise when you can no longer separate what is life’s busyness and what is your inner wisdom. Join us for Awaken Your Inner Knowing, a soul-nourishing workshop designed to help you discover and tap into the wisdom already within you. In this interactive workshop, you will learn simple but powerful practices to calm your mind, tune into your intuitive voice and trust the guidance that rises.
Through Guided meditation, reflection, pair sharing, intuitive journaling, and experiential tools you will begin to recognize the subtle signals of inner knowing and leave with greater clarity, confidence, connection. We will also discuss the difference between fear and intuition and/or your active mind and true intuitive hits.
This workshop is perfect to bring friends, partners, colleagues along so you’ll have built in practice partners immediately.

Instructor: Andrea Rosenthal, M.S. Counseling is a seasoned counselor, coach, meditation guide and intuitive healer, with over 20 years of experience offering corporate coaching/training, mindfulness facilitations and 1-on-1 personal transformation counseling.
Andrea helps people at major crossroads make meaningful transitions in their lives and reconnect with their true self so that they can move forward with clarity, freedom and confidence. Her warmth, compassion and naturally intuitive gifts will help others restore balance, reconnect to truth and reclaim their joy, peace and power.
Whether through group experiences, 1-on-1 guidance, or on retreats she creates a space where her clients can release what no longer fits and step into a life that feels aligned and empowering.
