End of Year Cacao Ceremony & Sound Bath

As the year draws to a close, join us for a heart-opening cacao ceremony and sound bath to honor the shifting seasons and step into the energy of reflection, gratitude, and renewal. Together, we’ll create sacred space to turn inward, release what no longer serves, and welcome the year ahead with clarity and open hearts.

Our evening begins with ceremonial-grade cacao, a revered plant medicine known for its ability to expand the heart and deepen connection. Whether this is your first cacao ceremony or a beloved ritual, you’ll be guided to open your senses, connect with others, and feel the gentle power of cacao’s energetic embrace. This rich, warm elixir, steeped in tradition, supports mental clarity, enhances circulation, boosts immunity, and nurtures the soul. Bring your favorite mug or use one of our eco-friendly cups provided.

While sipping cacao, you’ll be invited to set personal intentions for the year ahead. Angel oracle cards will offer inspiration, and each participant will receive inspiring words that will bring deeper insight and guidance.

We’ll then transition into a deeply restorative sound bath, with the resonant tones of 432 Hz Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls washing over you. These healing vibrations help dissolve tension, clear stagnant energy, and create a state of peace and harmony. You may rest, meditate, or even sway gently, allowing both the cacao and sound to weave their magic.

Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, or anything that helps you feel comfortable. We will also have chairs, blankets, and mats available for use.

Instructor: Crissy Hester’s immense training in a wide range of healing modalities, along with her warm sense of humor, extensive life experience, and sincere passion to serve and empower others creates a truly one-of-a-kind healing experience. She offers a powerful yet gentle approach to spiritual awakening, healing, and manifesting by drawing on her intuition and vast understanding of ancient mystical traditions, holistic health, energy work, and universal laws.

As an ordained minister, Crissy has practiced for over a decade as a mindfulness meditation instructor, life coach, metaphysical teacher, and energy healer. Crissy is a Traditional Usui Reiki Master, with a variety of other certifications, including life coaching and sound healing. She delights in making the connections between science and spirituality and incorporates them in her practice. She is a powerful intuitive and has a deep understanding as it relates to chakras and auras, cutting cords, past life regression.

Crissy has served as a practitioner at The Open Mind Center since 2015 and in the Atlanta area since 2012. She also brings over 10 years of prior experience from her roles in coaching, supervising teams, and developing training programs in the corporate world.
