In this sacred class designed especially for Survivors of Suicide Loss, we’ll explore how to gently reconnect with moments of joy, even in the midst of sorrow. Through somatic practices, emotional alchemy, and nervous system support, you’ll learn to soften the weight of grief and make room for small, meaningful shifts toward aliveness.

This class is a safe space to:
• Learn why survivors often feel guilt around joy—and how to reframe it
• Use breath, movement, and EFT to release blocks to feeling good
• Engage in a “Ritual of Returning to the Light”—a gentle summer solstice-inspired practice
• Receive a downloadable Joy Ritual Toolkit with journaling prompts, somatic tools, and daily joy sparks

This class is perfect for adults who have lost a loved one to suicide and are ready to reconnect with the possibility of peace, presence, and even happiness without guilt.

Instructor: Jayne is a Suicide Bereavement Clinician, Neuropsychotherapist, and a 33-year survivor of suicide loss. After losing her uncle, nephew and others to suicide, Jayne is passionate about supporting others through the unique grief and trauma that follow such devastating loss. Blending science-backed somatic healing techniques with compassionate, soul-centered support, Jayne helps survivors move beyond pain into a place of hope, restoration, and renewed purpose. Her classes are gentle, empowering, and deeply transformative. They invite you to heal in a way that honors your story and your loved one’s memory.
