Reiki-Infused Sound Bath

Embark on a transformative journey of sound and Reiki. This event is designed to balance your energy centers through music, light, and healing vibrations. You will be immersed in the resonant tones of 432 Hz crystal singing bowls, which are known for their grounding effect and alignment with Earth’s natural harmonies. The sounds will also promote relaxation, emotional release, spiritual balance, and connecting you with your higher self.
During the event, certified Reiki Masters will channel universal life force energy into your body, clearing energetic blockages, balancing chakras, and restoring inner harmony.

Each singing bowl note corresponds to each chakra:

• Root Chakra (C): Deep red light with grounding notes, promoting stability and security.
• Sacral Chakra (D): Vibrant orange light, with flowing, creative tones to ignite passion and joy.
• Solar Plexus Chakra (E): Radiant yellow light, energizing and empowering, fostering inner strength.
• Heart Chakra (F): Soft green light, with soothing tones that open the heart to love and compassion.
• Throat Chakra (G): Sky blue light, resonating with clear communication and self-expression.
• Third Eye Chakra (A): Indigo light, with mystical frequencies guiding intuition and insight.
• Crown Chakra (B): Violet light, opening you to higher consciousness and spiritual connection.

This Reiki-Infused Sound Bath offers a sanctuary for holistic healing and transformation. You will feel lighter, balanced, and in tune with your true essence.

We recommend bringing a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, or any items that help you feel comfortable. We also provide chairs, blankets, and yoga mats for your convenience.

Instructor: Crissy Hester’s immense training in a wide range of healing modalities, along with her warm sense of humor, extensive life experience, and sincere passion to serve and empower others creates a truly one-of-a-kind healing experience. She offers a powerful yet gentle approach to spiritual awakening, healing, and manifesting by drawing on her intuition and vast understanding of ancient mystical traditions, holistic health, energy work, and universal laws.

As an ordained minister, Crissy has practiced for over a decade as a mindfulness meditation instructor, life coach, metaphysical teacher, and energy healer. Crissy is a Traditional Usui Reiki Master, with a variety of other certifications, including life coaching and sound healing. She delights in making the connections between science and spirituality and incorporates them in her practice. She is a powerful intuitive and has a deep understanding as it relates to chakras and auras, cutting cords, past life regression.

Crissy has served as a practitioner at The Open Mind Center since 2015 and in the Atlanta area since 2012. She also brings over 10 years of prior experience from her roles in coaching, supervising teams, and developing training programs in the corporate world.
