DESCRIPTION:Dancing Freedom is a conscious movement practice rooted in embodiment\, expression\, and connection. This is not choreography — it’s an invitation to move from the inside out and let your body lead. \nThe dance begins with a gentle warm-up and opening circle before moving through a guided\, music-driven journey inspired by the elements: Earth\, Water\, Fire\, Air\, and Ether. \nThrough these elemental waves\, participants are invited to explore grounding\, flow\, power\, lightness\, and spaciousness — releasing what no longer serves and awakening vitality\, joy\, and presence. \nThe experience concludes with a brief reflection\, a paired witness dance\, and a closing circle\, allowing space for integration and connection. \nWhat to expect:\n• A welcoming\, non-judgmental space\n• Guided elemental movement journey\n• Music\, expression\, and embodied release\n• Integration and reflection\n• Community connection \nNo dance experience is needed. This is a time to reconnect with your truth\, refine your perspective\, and plant new seeds aligned with your intentions. \nThis heart-centered evening weaves together ceremonial cacao\, intuitive guidance\, meditation\, and sound healing to support deep reflection and energetic renewal. \nWe’ll begin with an introduction to the energy of the New Moon and the spirit of cacao. Each participant will receive an intuitive oracle card reading along with a cup of warm ceremonial cacao\, inviting openness\, insight\, and connection. \nFrom there\, you’ll be guided through a meditation centered on clarity\, self-expression\, and aligned intention\, creating space to listen inward and set meaningful energetic direction. \nThe evening will flow into an extended sound bath with crystal singing bowls and soothing instrumentation.
