SUMMARY:Shamanic Drumming Journey
DESCRIPTION:Join us for a deep dive into the ancient practice of shamanic drumming\, a journey for the soul! \nShamanic journeying is a spiritual tradition that has been passed down by elders\, teachers and practitioners across the world. The practice focuses on restoring balance\, calling back your power\, and reconnecting with your deeper inner knowing. In this event\, you will perform a unique “walk about” technique that allows the drums vibrations to speak directly to the body and spirit. It will gently guide you into a meditative/alpha state where you will connect with your higher self\, spirit guides\, and the deeper intelligence that is always inside of you. \nDuring your sacred journey\, you may receive images\, sensations\, messages\, or feel an undeniable knowing. Some participants have even reported gaining new clarity into their lives. But regardless of your journey\, you will be in control. The practitioner will act as a guide while you remain the driver in a safe\, supported\, and deeply compassionate space. \nJoin us for an evening of connection\, insight\, energy cleaning and soul restoration. \nPlease bring a yoga mat\, blanket\, cushion and anything else that will help you feel comfortable and supported. Extras will be provided if needed. Sagittarius carries the energy of wisdom\, truth\, and higher vision. Under this luminous full moon\, we gather in sacred space to gently release what feels heavy and reconnect with the deeper guidance within. It is a time to soften old limitations\, awaken inspiration\, and allow new possibilities to unfold. \nDuring this immersive experience\, Crissy and Jason will guide you through a deeply restorative sound bath featuring crystal singing bowls tuned to 432 Hz\, soothing instruments\, and intuitive sound healing. The vibrations work with the body and nervous system\, helping the mind settle\, the heart open\, and the energy field realign. As the moon shines above\, you’ll be invited to simply rest and receive\, allowing the healing frequencies of sound to carry you into a place of spaciousness\, clarity\, and soulful connection. \nThis enchanted evening is an opportunity to pause\, realign\, and reconnect with the magic that lives within you. She offers a powerful yet gentle approach to spiritual awakening\, healing\, and manifesting by drawing on her intuition and vast understanding of ancient mystical traditions\, holistic health\, energy work\, and universal laws. \nAs an ordained minister\, Crissy has practiced for over a decade as a mindfulness meditation instructor\, life coach\, metaphysical teacher\, and energy healer. Crissy is a Traditional Usui Reiki Master\, with a variety of other certifications\, including life coaching and sound healing. She delights in making the connections between science and spirituality and incorporates them in her practice.
