Join us for Awaken Your Inner Knowing\, a soul-nourishing workshop designed to help you discover and tap into the wisdom already within you. In this interactive workshop\, you will learn simple but powerful practices to calm your mind\, tune into your intuitive voice and trust the guidance that rises. \nThrough Guided meditation\, reflection\, pair sharing\, intuitive journaling\, and experiential tools you will begin to recognize the subtle signals of inner knowing and leave with greater clarity\, confidence\, connection. Crissy is a Traditional Usui Reiki Master\, with a variety of other certifications\, including life coaching and sound healing. She delights in making the connections between science and spirituality and incorporates them in her practice.
