DESCRIPTION:Imagine letting go of your stress as you breathe. Join us for Full Moon Group Breathe\, a breathwork experience! \nWhether you are looking for heightened spiritual awareness\, better health\, mental clarity\, or emotional release\, breathwork can be a life affirming practice. Through conscious\, connected breathing\, you will be able to release old emotions\, stress\, and limiting beliefs gently. You may also experience better sleep\, improved attention\, and an increase in self-esteem. \nWhether you are new to Breathwork or a seasoned veteran\, all are welcome. \nBreathwork is safe\, yet powerful. If you are under doctor or therapist care\, please make sure they approve of you having a breathwork experience before you come. Participants must not be experiencing an illness during the time of the event. \nTo ensure your comfort\, we recommend bringing a yoga mat\, blanket\, pillow\, or anything else that helps you feel at ease. She offers a powerful yet gentle approach to spiritual awakening\, healing\, and manifesting by drawing on her intuition and vast understanding of ancient mystical traditions\, holistic health\, energy work\, and universal laws. \nAs an ordained minister\, Crissy has practiced for over a decade as a mindfulness meditation instructor\, life coach\, metaphysical teacher\, and energy healer. Crissy is a Traditional Usui Reiki Master\, with a variety of other certifications\, including life coaching and sound healing. She delights in making the connections between science and spirituality and incorporates them in her practice. She is a powerful intuitive and has a deep understanding as it relates to chakras and auras\, cutting cords\, past life regression. \nCrissy has served as a practitioner at The Open Mind Center since 2015 and in the Atlanta area since 2012. She also brings over 10 years of prior experience from her roles in coaching\, supervising teams\, and developing training programs in the corporate world.
