We invite you to surrender to the enchanting interplay of soothing sounds as the soft ambient hues guide your meditative journey. During the event\, you will be immersed in the ethereal tones of 432 Hz crystal singing bowls\, renowned for their ability to create a sense of deep tranquility.\nExperience a renewed sense of balance and connection with nature\, as you celebrate the harmonious dance of the changing seasons. \nCome\, join us\, and immerse yourself in a blissful experience that harmonizes body\, mind\, and spirit. \nWe recommend you bring a yoga mat\, blanket\, and pillow. However\, we have chairs\, blankets\, and yoga mats available for use. \nThis event is offered on Saturday\, September 28th from 6:00-7:00pm (EST)\n \nYes\, Sign Me Up\n  \nInstructor: Crissy Hester’s immense training in a wide range of healing modalities\, along with her warm sense of humor\, extensive life experience\, and sincere passion to serve and empower others creates a truly one-of-a-kind healing experience. She offers a powerful yet gentle approach to spiritual awakening\, healing\, and manifesting by drawing on her intuition and vast understanding of ancient mystical traditions\, holistic health\, energy work\, and universal laws.  \nAs an ordained minister\, Crissy has practiced for over a decade as a mindfulness meditation instructor\, life coach\, metaphysical teacher\, and energy healer. Crissy is a Traditional Usui Reiki Master\, with a variety of other certifications\, including life coaching and sound healing. She delights in making the connections between science and spirituality and incorporates them in her practice. She is a powerful intuitive and has a deep understanding as it relates to chakras and auras\, cutting cords\, past life regression. \nCrissy has served as a practitioner at The Open Mind Center since 2015 and in the Atlanta area since 2012.  She also brings over 10 years of prior experience from her roles in coaching\, supervising teams\, and developing training programs in the corporate world.
