Crissy is a Traditional Usui Reiki Master\, with a variety of other certifications\, including life coaching and sound healing. She delights in making the connections between science and spirituality and incorporates them in her practice. She is a powerful intuitive and has a deep understanding as it relates to chakras and auras\, cutting cords\, past life regression. \nCrissy has served as a practitioner at The Open Mind Center since 2015 and in the Atlanta area since 2012. She also brings over 10 years of prior experience from her roles in coaching\, supervising teams\, and developing training programs in the corporate world.

DESCRIPTION:Experience inner peace and tranquility through the soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls while enjoying the heart-opening effects of ceremonial-grade cacao. \nCacao ceremonies are a centuries-old ritual\, seen as the ultimate heart-opener. In addition to being packed full of vitamins and minerals\, cacao increases blood flow to the brain which helps to strengthen awareness and focus. It helps the body to heal\, detoxify\, and boost your immune system. \nDuring the event\, you will be guided to set an intention for your healing journey.  We will do a heart opening meditation and an angel card reading for insight and connection as we serve and sip on ceremonial grade cacao.  \nThen\, you can sit\, lay down or even dance if you like\, and allow the beautiful sounds of the 432hz Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls to wash over you\, helping to release any tension\, stress\, and negativity. The cacao assists in opening your heart and increasing feelings of joy and connection. \nWe hope you can join us for this magical evening. \nWe recommend you bring a yoga mat\, blanket\, pillow\, and anything else to help you feel comfy.
