It helps the body to heal\, detoxify\, and boost your immune system. \nDuring the event\, you will be guided to set an intention for your healing journey\, we will do a heart opening meditation and an angel card reading for insight and connection. \nThen\, you can sit\, lay down or even dance if you like\, and allow the beautiful sounds of the 432hz Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls to wash over you\, helping to release any tension\, stress\, and negativity.
