Although the whole class isn’t dancing and movement\, some songs require constant movement.\nUse EFT Tapping. Songs will include moments to tap along the meridian points while chanting mantras.\nEmbody your inner beast. Some classes may focus on embodying an animal spirit.\nActivate your Throat Chakra. After getting a degree in Exercise Science/Kinesiology\, Bianney took her knowledge and combined it with her ancestral roots of psychics and healers to form the basis of her work. She uses her background in choreography and dance expression to lead and inspire others to transform. She creates nurturing environments for spiritual exploration and emphasizes inclusivity in her lessons. \nBianney loves working with people and helping them discover how moving their bodies can be emotionally and spiritually transformative.

She is a powerful intuitive and has a deep understanding as it relates to chakras and auras\, cutting cords\, past life regression. \nCrissy has served as a practitioner at The Open Mind Center since 2015 and in the Atlanta area since 2012.
