DESCRIPTION:Let go of your stress in a fun and supportive event: Dance for Healing! \nIn this guided experience\, you will dance to healing beats\, connect with Mother Nature\, and apply somatic movements with EFT tapping. This class is designed to relieve stress\, connect you with your Sacral and Root Chakras\, and improve your mood! \nYou can expect to: \n• Get sweaty! Although the whole class isn’t dancing and movement\, some songs require constant movement.\n• Use EFT Tapping. Songs will include moments to tap along the meridian points while chanting mantras.\n• Embody your inner beast. Some classes may focus on embodying an animal spirit.\n• Activate your Throat Chakra. During songs you may be guided to hum or sing to release tension. \nYour body is YOURS to shake. Shed off your stress and connect with Pachamama (Mother Nature) in Dance for Healing! \nThis class is offered on Sunday\, June 9th from 1:00-2:00pm (EST) \n \nSign Up Here\n \nInstructor: Bianney is a Movement Healing Specialist. After getting a degree in Exercise Science/Kinesiology\, Bianney took her knowledge and combined it with her ancestral roots of psychics and healers to form the basis of her work. She uses her background in choreography and dance expression to lead and inspire others to transform. She creates nurturing environments for spiritual exploration and emphasizes inclusivity in her lessons. \nBianney loves working with people and helping them discover how moving their bodies can be emotionally and spiritually transformative.
