DESCRIPTION:Let go of your stress in a fun and supportive event: Dance for Healing! \nIn this guided experience\, you will dance to healing beats\, connect with Mother Nature\, and apply somatic movements with EFT tapping. This class is designed to relieve stress\, connect you with your Sacral and Root Chakras\, and improve your mood! \nYou can expect to: \n• Get sweaty! Although the whole class isn’t dancing and movement\, some songs require constant movement.\n• Use EFT Tapping. Songs will include moments to tap along the meridian points while chanting mantras.\n• Embody your inner beast. Some classes may focus on embodying an animal spirit.\n• Activate your Throat Chakra. During songs you may be guided to hum or sing to release tension. \nYour body is YOURS to shake. After getting a degree in Exercise Science/Kinesiology\, Bianney took her knowledge and combined it with her ancestral roots of psychics and healers to form the basis of her work. She uses her background in choreography and dance expression to lead and inspire others to transform. She creates nurturing environments for spiritual exploration and emphasizes inclusivity in her lessons. \nBianney loves working with people and helping them discover how moving their bodies can be emotionally and spiritually transformative.

She offers a powerful yet gentle approach to spiritual awakening\, healing\, and manifesting by drawing on her intuition and vast understanding of ancient mystical traditions\, holistic health\, energy work\, and universal laws. \nAs an ordained minister\, Crissy has practiced for over a decade as a mindfulness meditation instructor\, life coach\, metaphysical teacher\, and energy healer. Crissy is a Traditional Usui Reiki Master\, with a variety of other certifications\, including life coaching and sound healing. She delights in making the connections between science and spirituality and incorporates them in her practice. She is a powerful intuitive and has a deep understanding as it relates to chakras and auras\, cutting cords\, past life regression. \nCrissy has served as a practitioner at The Open Mind Center since 2015 and in the Atlanta area since 2012.
