This event is designed to bring inner peace and tranquility through the soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls while enjoying the healing and heart-opening effects of ceremonial-grade cacao. \nThe New Moon in Aries encourages you to take the initiative and start new projects. It’s a time for bold action and setting intentions for personal and professional growth. This is the time for you to surge forward with courage and confidence\, overcome your challenges\, and embrace opportunities head-on. \nNew moon rituals are an ancient and sacred practice. Cacao ceremonies are a centuries-old ritual\, seen as the ultimate heart-opener. In addition to being packed full of vitamins and minerals\, cacao increases blood flow to the brain which helps to strengthen awareness and focus. It helps the body to heal\, detoxify\, and boost your immune system. \nDuring the event\, you will be guided to set an intention for your healing journey. We will talk about the astrological significance of this New Moon in Aries\, a fire sign\, known for its dynamic and active nature. We will also pull some angel cards for insight and connection while we drink cacao. \nThen\, you can sit\, lay down or even dance if you like\, and allow the beautiful sounds of the 432hz Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls to wash over you\, helping to release any tension\, stress\, and negativity. She offers a powerful yet gentle approach to spiritual awakening\, healing\, and manifesting by drawing on her intuition and vast understanding of ancient mystical traditions\, holistic health\, energy work\, and universal laws. \nAs an ordained minister\, Crissy has practiced for over a decade as a mindfulness meditation instructor\, life coach\, metaphysical teacher\, and energy healer. Crissy is a Traditional Usui Reiki Master\, with a variety of other certifications\, including life coaching and sound healing. She delights in making the connections between science and spirituality and incorporates them in her practice. She is a powerful intuitive and has a deep understanding as it relates to chakras and auras\, cutting cords\, past life regression. \nCrissy has served as a practitioner at The Open Mind Center since 2015 and in the Atlanta area since 2012. She also brings over 10 years of prior experience from her roles in coaching\, supervising teams\, and developing training programs in the corporate world.
