DESCRIPTION:Empower yourself and learn about the sound and the seven main chakras. In this class\, you will learn all about the locations\, meanings\, sounds\, and impact of your chakras on you. We will cover chakra anatomy\, balancing techniques\, practical applications\, and emotional exploration. \nYou will receive comprehensive handouts that detail the chakras and valuable reference materials and resources for continued education and practice. You will also receive a Certification of Completion\, which acknowledges your commitment to the journey of self-discovery and empowerment through your chakras. Then we will conclude the course with a rejuvenating Chakra Balancing Sound Bath.  \nEvery participant will be provided with a Certificate of Completion\, acknowledging your commitment and efforts to understand the Chakra system. \nPlease bring a yoga mat\, pillow\, blankets\, and anything else that will help make you comfortable during this soothing experience. \nBy the end of this class\, you’ll not only have a comprehensive understanding of the seven chakras but also possess practical tools to maintain and restore balance in your energy centers.  \nThis event is offered on Thursday\, March 28th from 6:00-7:30pm (EST) \n \nSign Up Here\n \nInstructor: Crissy Hester’s immense training in a wide range of healing modalities\, along with her warm sense of humor\, extensive life experience\, and sincere passion to serve and empower others creates a truly one-of-a-kind healing experience. She offers a powerful yet gentle approach to spiritual awakening\, healing\, and manifesting by drawing on her intuition and vast understanding of ancient mystical traditions\, holistic health\, energy work\, and universal laws. \nAs an ordained minister\, Crissy has practiced for over a decade as a mindfulness meditation instructor\, life coach\, metaphysical teacher\, and energy healer. Crissy is a Traditional Usui Reiki Master\, with a variety of other certifications\, including life coaching and sound healing. She delights in making the connections between science and spirituality and incorporates them in her practice. She is a powerful intuitive and has a deep understanding as it relates to chakras and auras\, cutting cords\, past life regression. \nCrissy has served as a practitioner at The Open Mind Center since 2015 and in the Atlanta area since 2012. She also brings over 10 years of prior experience from her roles in coaching\, supervising teams\, and developing training programs in the corporate world.
