Join us for Group Breath\, a breathwork experience! \nWhether you are looking for heightened spiritual awareness\, better health\, mental clarity\, or emotional release\, breathwork can be a life affirming practice. Through conscious\, connected breathing\, you will be able to release old emotions\, stress\, and limiting beliefs gently. You may also experience better sleep\, improved attention\, and an increase in self-esteem. \nWhether you are new to Breathwork or a seasoned veteran\, all are welcome. \nBreathwork is safe\, yet powerful. If you are under doctor or therapist care\, please make sure they approve of you having a breathwork experience before you come. Participants must not be experiencing an illness during the time of the event. \nTo ensure your comfort\, we recommend bringing a yoga mat\, blanket\, pillow\, or anything else that helps you feel at ease.
