It reminds us that even in moments of stillness\, transformation is quietly unfolding. \nJoin Crissy for a magical Winter Solstice ceremony and sound healing experience honoring the return of the light. Through meditation\, intention setting\, reflection\, and sound healing\, we will create sacred space to release what is complete and welcome the energy of renewal. She offers a powerful yet gentle approach to spiritual awakening\, healing\, and manifesting by drawing on her intuition and vast understanding of ancient mystical traditions\, holistic health\, energy work\, and universal laws. \nAs an ordained minister\, Crissy has practiced for over a decade as a mindfulness meditation instructor\, life coach\, metaphysical teacher\, and energy healer. Crissy is a Traditional Usui Reiki Master\, with a variety of other certifications\, including life coaching and sound healing. She delights in making the connections between science and spirituality and incorporates them in her practice. She is a powerful intuitive and has a deep understanding as it relates to chakras and auras\, cutting cords\, past life regression. \nCrissy has served as a practitioner at The Open Mind Center since 2015 and in the Atlanta area since 2012. She also brings over 10 years of prior experience from her roles in coaching\, supervising teams\, and developing training programs in the corporate world. \nFacilitator:Jason is a sound healer\, energy practitioner\, and lifelong explorer of the mystical\, the unseen\, and the cosmic. With over 25 years of experience as a video editor\, Jason has honed a keen sense of timing\, rhythm\, and flow\, which he brings into every sound bath and healing session. \nA masterful facilitator of crystal singing bowls\, Jason guides participants through deeply immersive sound journeys designed to relax the nervous system\, release energetic blocks\, and expand consciousness. We will begin with a sacred cacao ceremony designed to support reflection\, gratitude\, and connection with the heart. Together\, we will create space to lovingly release energy that no longer needs to be carried into the new year.
