Just as nature reawakens slowly and naturally\, this sound bath supports your own return to aliveness\, clarity\, and gentle expansion. \nThe evening will feature a full-immersion sound journey guided by Crissy and Jason\, weaving together 432 Hz crystal singing bowls\, rhythmic elements\, and spring-inspired tones designed to reflect the pulse of the natural world. Soft green lighting and Reiki energy will fill the space\, supporting themes of growth\, balance\, and renewal on both a physical and energetic level. \nYou’ll be guided to release stagnation\, reconnect with your body’s natural rhythms\, and open to the energy of growth that is now available\, without rushing\, forcing\, or pushing.
