SUMMARY:Shamanic Healing Circle
DESCRIPTION:Join us for a transformative afternoon of healing using cross-cultural shamanic techniques. We will first work together to create sacred space and honor nature as our guide. We will then identify our individual and collective intentions for our time together. Participants will meet a spirit guide and be channeled through a meditative shamanic journey relevant to the season. The beat of the drum acts as the heartbeat of the universe during the shamanic journey. \nAfter the journey you will be asked to reflect on your experience through journaling\, meditating\, or sharing your thoughts and feelings. You will have an opportunity to receive compassionate healing energy as directed by the facilitator. \nShamanic techniques have been used for thousands of years to help people develop clarity\, receive guidance\, and heal from past traumas. The drum is an effective tool in merging consciousness with spirit to help achieve these goals. The meditative state of the journey creates a sense of peace and harmony that can relieve stress and heavy energy. Support from the group and spirit guides offer comfort\, connection\, and insight. \nThis event is offered on Sunday\, August 17th from 3:30-5:00pm (EST)\n

Each guest will receive a cup of ceremonial-grade organic cacao and be invited to pull an oracle card to receive a message of support and guidance for this lunar cycle. As we sip together in quiet reflection\, we’ll call in Virgo’s healing spirit to help clear mental clutter and return to what truly matters. \nThen\, lie back and receive the restorative frequencies of a 432 Hz Crystal Singing Bowl Sound Bath\, with an emphasis on the solar plexus and third eye chakras—centers of intuition\, discernment\, and empowered action. She offers a powerful yet gentle approach to spiritual awakening\, healing\, and manifesting by drawing on her intuition and vast understanding of ancient mystical traditions\, holistic health\, energy work\, and universal laws. \nAs an ordained minister\, Crissy has practiced for over a decade as a mindfulness meditation instructor\, life coach\, metaphysical teacher\, and energy healer. Crissy is a Traditional Usui Reiki Master\, with a variety of other certifications\, including life coaching and sound healing. She delights in making the connections between science and spirituality and incorporates them in her practice. She is a powerful intuitive and has a deep understanding as it relates to chakras and auras\, cutting cords\, past life regression. \nCrissy has served as a practitioner at The Open Mind Center since 2015 and in the Atlanta area since 2012. She also brings over 10 years of prior experience from her roles in coaching\, supervising teams\, and developing training programs in the corporate world.
