We will do a heart opening meditation and an angel card reading for insight and connection as we serve and sip on ceremonial grade cacao.  \nThen\, you can sit\, lay down or even dance if you like\, and allow the beautiful sounds of the 432hz Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls to wash over you\, helping to release any tension\, stress\, and negativity.
