DESCRIPTION:Energy clearing is the ultimate in self-care and with all the holiday gatherings going on\, it is needed more than ever! \nBring a healing to yourself and others in this hour-long session where you will be guided through grounding your energy in the present\, letting go of unbeneficial energy\, and calling back all your energy that has been scattered. You will be left feeling restored and revitalized. The energy of the season makes it a powerful time for this type of work\, we hope you can join us for it. \nThis event is offered on Thursday\, December 5th from 6:00-7:00pm (EST)\n \nSign Up Here\n \nInstructor: Crissy Hester’s immense training in a wide range of healing modalities\, along with her warm sense of humor\, extensive life experience\, and sincere passion to serve and empower others creates a truly one-of-a-kind healing experience. She offers a powerful yet gentle approach to spiritual awakening\, healing\, and manifesting by drawing on her intuition and vast understanding of ancient mystical traditions\, holistic health\, energy work\, and universal laws. \nAs an ordained minister\, Crissy has practiced for over a decade as a mindfulness meditation instructor\, life coach\, metaphysical teacher\, and energy healer. Crissy is a Traditional Usui Reiki Master\, with a variety of other certifications\, including life coaching and sound healing. She delights in making the connections between science and spirituality and incorporates them in her practice. She is a powerful intuitive and has a deep understanding as it relates to chakras and auras\, cutting cords\, past life regression. \nCrissy has served as a practitioner at The Open Mind Center since 2015 and in the Atlanta area since 2012. She also brings over 10 years of prior experience from her roles in coaching\, supervising teams\, and developing training programs in the corporate world.
