She combines intuitive soul guidance\, holistic healing\, and Gestalt therapy to help clients reconnect with their bodies\, energy\, and inner wisdom\, empowering them to live with greater peace\, purpose\, and joy. \nHer diverse experience includes corporate counseling and leadership training\, mindfulness facilitation\, intuitive soul guidance\, energy awareness coaching\, body image and wellness counseling\, as well as leading transformative meditative shamanic drum journeys. Andrea’s work honors the connection between mind\, body\, and spirit\, creating a path toward healing that is both practical and deeply meaningful. \nShe believes that healing is not about becoming someone new\, but rather it’s about remembering who you have always been beneath the fear\, expectations\, and false stories.
