Yin Yoga – March 19th
Yin Yoga is the perfect practice to help you stay flexible for a long time! In Yin Yoga, you focus on stretching your connective tissues, like your tendons and joints. Through either seated or supine positions, you balance the body by stretching areas that are normally ignored. This practice will promote flexibility in places like your hips, pelvis, and lower spine for long term benefits. Your mind will also experience deep relaxation and peace while you hold longer stretches. Create long term balance and flexibility in your mind and body with Yin Yoga. This practice is available to all levels.
Feel free to bring a yoga mat, blanket, or other props to the class.
