If you have never done yoga before, or enjoy a slower paced practice, this class will provide you with a safe place to learn and practice gentle, basic yoga poses and breathing techniques. Your attention will be focused on integrating your breath with posture alignment points to provide muscles with elongation and toning. Over time, your strength and flexibility will increase. This class is appropriate for all ages, fitness levels and varying degrees of flexibility.
