Take a deep breath with Yoga Nidra.
Yoga Nidra puts you on a journey through your states of consciousness. The process will slowly guide you to your unconscious. There, you can let go of negative energy. The process promotes deep relaxation, enhances creativity, resets your adrenals, heals trauma, and purifies the deep impressions in the subconscious minds. It is the perfect blend between Yoga and Meditation.
Feel free to bring a yoga mat, blanket, journal, or other props to the class.
